This summer, HerVisionity shines a spotlight on Gina Joseph, a licensed medical esthetician, body transformation specialist, educator, and entrepreneur whose work is redefining what it means to experience true transformation.

With more than 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry, Gina is the founder of Beauty Kulture 101, a Brooklyn-based body transformation and wellness studio specializing in post-operative recovery, lymphatic drainage, advanced body contouring, fibrosis care, and restorative wellness. Her approach blends clinical knowledge, global training, and years of hands-on experience to help clients feel confident and supported throughout their wellness journeys.

Gina’s commitment to excellence has taken her internationally, where she completed advanced body sculpting and facial care training in Colombia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. She continues to expand her expertise while delivering personalized, results-focused care to the clients she serves.

But Gina’s impact reaches far beyond the treatment room. With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a passion for education, she has trained hundreds of beauty and wellness professionals, developed professional curricula and training programs, and created corporate wellness programs and pop-up experiences throughout New York City.

Her vision for elevating the industry also inspired her to establish the International Body Contouring Competition, a pioneering platform designed to recognize skill, technique, professionalism, and excellence among body contouring professionals.

For Gina, transformation has never been simply about appearance. It is about confidence, education, opportunity, and creating meaningful change. Whether she is helping a client embrace a renewed sense of confidence, equipping the next generation of professionals with knowledge, or creating platforms for others to thrive, Gina leads with a purpose that extends beyond herself.
