Angela “Chef Ang” Lacy is a visionary entrepreneur, award-winning chef, travel advisor, community connector, and healthcare leader who believes in the power of turning vision into reality.

As the founder of Vision Enterprises Unlimited, Angela brings together her passions for culinary experiences, entrepreneurship, leadership, and travel. Through her work as Chef Ang, she creates memorable experiences through private chef services, catering, and cooking experiences. Her dedication to culinary excellence recently earned her the title of Best Chef at the 2026 Kansas City People’s Choice Awards.

Her passion for exploration continues through Vision Food & Travel Tours, where she encourages others to discover new destinations, cultures, and experiences. Her philosophy, “The World Is My Kitchen,” reflects her belief that life is meant to be experienced beyond familiar surroundings.

Angela is also the founder of Women Entrepreneurs and Influencers (W.E.I.), a Kansas City community created to celebrate and connect phenomenal women in business, leadership, and influence. Through W.E.I., she champions collaboration over competition and creates meaningful opportunities for women to connect and grow.

A defining part of Angela’s journey is what she calls “the art of the pivot.” She believes that when God redirects the vision, having the faith and courage to evolve can open the door to something even greater.

Whether she is creating culinary experiences, helping others see the world, leading in healthcare, or creating platforms for women to shine, Angela remains committed to serving others and building a meaningful legacy.
