As the founder and CEO of Medical Solutions Academy, Lakesha has created an accredited healthcare education institution dedicated to preparing students for careers that strengthen families and communities. What began with a vision has grown into a respected training academy offering programs in Practical Nursing, Nurse Aide, Medical Assistant, Medication Aide, Patient Care Technician, and CPR certification, with plans to expand through an LPN-to-RN Bridge program.

Her commitment to education is rooted in experience. With more than 25 years in nursing and advanced degrees from Winston-Salem State University, Lakesha understands the importance of creating pathways for others to succeed. She believes education is more than earning a credential. It is a chance to change the direction of a person’s life.

Her entrepreneurial mindset reaches beyond healthcare. As a real estate investor with both residential and commercial properties, Lakesha is equally passionate about building generational wealth and demonstrating that women can create multiple streams of impact without sacrificing their values.
