While many would have been satisfied with such rapid advancement, Katrina was determined to continue growing and exploring new opportunities.

That drive led her into the real estate industry in 2006, where she achieved remarkable results. In her first full year, she generated more than $15 million in sales and ranked among the top 5 percent of agents in her market. As economic conditions shifted and the real estate market faced uncertainty, Katrina and her husband, Eimmonti McDaniel, recognized the need to pivot and embrace a new opportunity.

In 2010, they founded Impact Financial Solutions, LLC, with a mission to help clients build stronger financial futures. The agency specializes in tax solutions for small business owners, children’s savings plans, retirement planning, 401K rollovers, growth-focused IRAs, living benefits, and life insurance. Through their leadership, the company has grown into a nationally recognized agency with more than twenty-five agents and a reputation for excellence within the financial services industry.
